2. General Use

The use of Ticketflirt is generally free of charge.

Costs arise only if a premium membership or paid feature is explicitly booked and payment details are actively submitted.

There are no hidden fees.

3. Description of Service

Ticketflirt is an online community designed for:

  • sharing travel experiences and stories
  • finding travel companions
  • connecting with others for romantic or friendly purposes

Flirtways B.V. provides the technical platform only.

There is no entitlement to specific contacts, replies, or meetings.
Any meetings or interactions between users occur independently and outside the platform.

4. No Moderated or Fictitious Profiles

Ticketflirt does not use moderated, fictitious, or artificially operated profiles.

Profiles are created independently by users.

No employees are engaged to initiate conversations or promote paid features.
No paid or controlled communication takes place.

No guarantee is given regarding the accuracy of individual user information.

5. Registration Requirements

Registration is required to use the platform.

Users must be at least 18 years of age.

Information provided must be truthful.
Multiple accounts and fake profiles are prohibited.

Login credentials must be kept confidential.

Accounts may be suspended or deleted in case of violations.

6. User Content

Users may publish content such as texts, photos, travel stories, and messages.

Ownership of such content remains with the respective user.

By publishing content, the user grants Flirtways B.V. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and technically process the content within the platform.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • unlawful content
  • pornographic, extremist, or violent material
  • offensive or discriminatory content
  • violations of third-party rights

7. Premium Memberships

Certain features of the platform may be subject to payment.

Before completing a paid booking, the price, duration, termination conditions, and payment method are clearly displayed.

A paid contract is concluded only through explicit confirmation and active submission of payment details.

Subscriptions renew only if this has been clearly communicated before the contract is concluded.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

For paid digital services, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of contract conclusion.

However, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the user explicitly agrees that execution of the digital service begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that the right of withdrawal will be lost once execution begins.

By activating a premium membership and agreeing to immediate access, the right of withdrawal expires.

8. Termination

User accounts may be deleted at any time.

Refunds are granted only in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Flirtways B.V. may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of these Terms or for other important reasons.

9. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

To protect the community, Flirtways B.V. reserves the right, in cases of concrete indications of:

  • fraud attempts
  • identity misuse
  • extortion
  • financial solicitation or requests for payment between users
  • other unlawful activities

to review content and communication where necessary, suspend or delete accounts, and secure relevant information.

The platform must not be used to request or offer payments, compensation, or other financial benefits in connection with meetings or personal arrangements between users.

In cases involving criminal conduct, competent authorities may be informed.

Access to private messages occurs only when necessary and in compliance with applicable laws.

10. Liability

Flirtways B.V. is liable:

  • without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence
  • for slight negligence only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations

No liability is assumed for:

  • the conduct of other users
  • meetings taking place outside the platform
  • personal or financial damages arising from contacts between users

11. Availability

Continuous availability of the platform cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance work, updates, or technical interruptions may occur.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

Flirtways B.V. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service with future effect.
